The Terms of Use (or, the “Terms”) presented below are all rights and obligations that you and Whuups have between us when you use our services.
The language of the Terms is legal, so we are sure that you knowingly choose to use our services under these binding Terms ( Which constitute a binding agreement between Whuups Inc. and yourself).
When you use our services, you also agree to the Terms and they affect your rights and obligations. You can choose not to use our services if you don’t want these Terms to apply (and by these Terms we also mean
our Privacy Policy, Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy, Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy, and other policies on our policies page, which are incorporated herein).
NO ACCESS TO EMERGENCY SERVICES: Whuups is not a replacement for your ordinary mobile or fixed line telephone and does not allow you to make emergency calls to emergency services. You must make alternative communication arrangements to ensure that you can make emergency calls if needed.
Some features of our services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which you should read before making use of those features, and they add up to these Terms. You understand that, just like regular mobile phone service, anyone with knowledge of your phone number may call you or send you messages through our Services and anyone you send a message to can use the content of your message as they desire.
1. Introduction Thank you for becoming a Whuupser by using our services available within Whuups! By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our priority is to provide a safe and secure platform for all users, including children, by implementing strict safety policies.

2. Commitment to Child Safety Whuups is committed to protecting children from exploitation, abuse, and harmful content. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Any violation will result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing, distributing, or engaging in content related to CSAE.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate conversations with minors.
- Attempting to groom or exploit minors in any form.
- Uploading any images, videos, or messages that exploit or endanger children.
4. Monitoring and Reporting We actively monitor our platform for violations using automated and manual review systems. If any user identifies content violating these terms, they should report it immediately via our in-app reporting tool or by contacting infos@whuups.com.
5. Reporting Mechanism
- Users can report any child safety concerns directly within the app using the reporting feature.
- Reports can also be sent via email at infos@whuups.com.
- We work closely with law enforcement and child protection agencies to address serious violations.
6. Enforcement Actions Whuups reserves the right to take strict actions against any user violating our child safety policies, including:
- Immediate removal of content.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Legal action or reporting to law enforcement if necessary.
7. Legal Capacity: Children and Minors If you are under the age of consent in your country to form a binding agreement, you should only use our Service if you are either an emancipated minor or have the legal consent of your parent or guardian.

Users may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute materials without explicit permission from Whuups.
10. User Responsibility Users must:

- Use the platform responsibly and report suspicious activities.
- Avoid engaging in any behavior that endangers minors.
11. Public Content and User Content Whuups is not responsible for content posted by users in public accounts, chats, comment sections, and community pages. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
12. System Abuse and Security Users are prohibited from engaging in spam, bulk messaging, or any activities that compromise security. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and notifying Whuups of any unauthorized access.
13. Emergency Services Disclaimer Whuups is not a replacement for emergency services. The app does not support emergency calls to law enforcement, hospitals, or emergency responders.
14. Termination of Services Whuups reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
15. Limitation of Liability Whuups provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
16. Governing Law and Arbitration These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, and class actions are waived.
